Healthcare Bi-Weekly Contributions

All of our medical plans are a PPO, giving you the flexibility to see a specialist without a referral. When selecting the HSA 2000 Plan, OneStudyTeam will contribute $400 each year into your HSA for individuals, and $800 each year for families, reducing your out of pocket costs.

Guardian Dental Plan Details

OneStudyTeam offers dental coverage for you and your family through Guardian. You have the freedom to select the dentist of your choice; however when you visit a participating in-network dentist, you will have lower out-of-pocket costs, no balance billing, and claims will be submitted by your dentist on your behalf.

Guardian Vision Plan Details

Vision coverage is provided by Guardian. For the highest coverage, visit VSP Signature in-network doctors. Annual eye exams have just a $10 copayment when visiting an in-network provider, and are an important step in the early detection of more serious eye diseases such as glaucoma or macular degeneration.

Hospital Indemnity

With Guardian Hospital Indemnity, lump-sum benefits are paid directly to you if admitted to a hospital for a covered sickness or injury. These payments can be used for any purpose, such as meeting everyday expenses, whether medical or non-medical. This is an employee paid benefit.

Health Savings Account

A Health Savings Account (HSA) is an account that you can put money into to save for future medical expenses. There are certain advantages to putting money into these accounts, including favorable tax treatment. When enrolled in an HSA eligible medical plan, OneStudyTeam contributes $400 for individuals and $800 for families towards your HSA each year.
