From sponsors to sites, our Customer Success teams collaborate with our partners to solve new and challenging problems in the clinical trial ecosystem every single day. Using innovative solutions and technology advancement, we help alleviate the bottleneck of clinical operations, driving engagement, enrollment and insights. Plus, we get to work with amazing people all over the world to shorten the distance between patients and potential cures.
The Trial Design team oversees StudyTeam trial configuration, ensuring that Sponsors and Sites get maximum value from Study Team and have an excellent experience. Externally, we facilitate the implementation of StudyTeam for trials and fascinate trial implementation discussions. We collaborate with our colleagues in Professional Services, Data, Product, and others; and provide training on StudyTeam implementation to the broader Customer Success team.
StudyTeam brings research site workflows online and enables Sites and Sponsors to work together more effectively using common technology. Our dedicated customer success teams are the primary point of contact with both sites and sponsors; onboarding new users, providing ongoing support and relaying critical feedback from our customers to the product team.
Site Engagement guides our customers through relationship building and training. We best equip our customers to use StudyTeam in a way that improves workflows and leads to faster patient enrollment. We also want StudyTeam to be the go-to tool that sites rely on to enhance their screening and enrollment processes across all of their trials. One of our goals is to show sites customers that they can become full adopters of StudyTeam, even if the Sponsor of a trial is not a StudyTeam customer, all for free.
Our Customer Success team is a global force that collaborates with our clinical research partners. We bring the workflows of key clinical trial stakeholders (together, the “study team”) onto a common platform and help them work together as one. From outreach, implementation and engagement of clinical trial sites, to partnering with our sponsors to drive success on every StudyTeam trial and support future growth, we create an excellent experience for every facet of the customer relationship.
We partner with Product Development, Design and Engineering to better our sites and sponsor experience. We collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other teams to showcase success and support opportunities to use StudyTeam. Every day we embrace our mission and we have fun along the way.
